Note : Please note that mischance of Windows Registry causes your excited Windows files, so be some serious at time of editing Windows Registry.1. Press Windows Key (Windows key + R). (hold windows key and press R key, don't leave windows while pressing R key). After that you will see Run dialog box at lower-left corner of your monitor screen.2. Now just type Regedit.exe or Regedit and press Enter or Ok button in dialog box of Runcommand.
3. Then if a window called UAC windows appears, click Yes.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\CurrentControlSet\Control\SessionManager\MemoryManagement\ PrefetchParameters.
5. In the right pane, double-click EnablePrefetcher.
6. Change the value to 2 and click Ok.

Exit the registry window and Restart your computer for the changes to take effect. Next time you turn on your computer, the prefetcher will reserve more resources to the booting process instead of booting and application launching.
